Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in experiential, brand experience, events or spatial design.
• Strong conceptual thinker who can turn loose briefs into brilliant creative ideas.
• Experience developing engaging brand narratives, audience journeys and live experiences.
• Confident pitching and presenting ideas to clients.
• Strong visual eye and the ability to guide designers and creative partners.
• Someone who understands the commercial and practical realities of bringing creative ideas to life.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative thinking from initial brief and pitch through to live delivery, working closely with strategy, design, production and client teams to bring ideas to life across events, experiential activations and brand environments.
• This isn't a hands-on studio management role; it's about owning the big ideas, shaping the creative direction and making great work happen in a collaborative, ambitious agency.
