Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to lead, coach and develop the team of Sales Associates to achieve targets.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and store presentation.
• Oversee daily retail operations including cash handling and inventory checks.
• Assist with coaching sessions and performance development for staff.
