Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an inspirational Assistant Counter Manager to support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing our team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment.

You will drive performance through mentoring, training and recognition, ensure inventory control and cash reconciliation, and collaborate with store leadership on events and retail hours.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Inspiring, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience supervising and mentoring to achieve targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and events in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with retail POS software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
• Support Store Manager to drive store performance and ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Collaborate with leadership on training, scheduling and store initiatives.
• Oversee inventory control, cash handling and point-of-sale operations.
