Turner & Townsend is seeking a senior Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor to support large-scale UK projects in real estate and infrastructure. You will lead cost planning, procurement reports, and post-contract cost control for hotel, residential, and office schemes.

You must hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, be MRICS or working towards, and have UK cost management experience on large schemes. Excellent communication and client-facing skills are essential to drive value for our clients.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Quantity Surveying is essential.
• MRICS status or working towards is required.
• UK Cost Management experience within the Real Estate/Property sector on large projects.

Aufgaben

• Assist with feasibility studies and procurement reports.
• Estimate and plan costs, present the final cost plan.
• Manage tendering, pre-qualification, tender list, preliminaries, analysis, and reports.
• Handle post-contract cost variances and change control.
• Conduct cost checks and valuations, ensuring accuracy.
• Produce and present monthly post-contract cost reports.
• Input into value engineering and negotiate final accounts.
• Interface with clients and consultants at all project stages.
• Lead cost management team and ensure accountability.
• Identify new business opportunities with existing clients.
• Assist in producing bid documentation.
• Improve cost management procedures, templates, and products.
• Ensure key information and learnings are input into the internal database.
• Track financial management using FMS.
• Identify and refer ideas for process improvement.
• Assess commission management quality and efficiency.
