Lead Control Systems Engineer - Leatherhead

• Project name - Al Sharaba – Fertilizer
• Estimated Duration – 8 months
• Location: Leatherhead

We are seeking a candidate with experience in the FEED and detailed engineering phases of projects, particularly in handling packages, to assist in designing process control systems based on DCS, ESD, and FGS systems.

Responsibilities include:

1. Contributing to the development of I&C design deliverables, including P&IDs, Instrument List, Instrument Specifications, and Data Sheets.
2. Preparing Package specifications and datasheets.
3. Assisting in the design of process control systems based on DCS, PLC, and SCADA.
4. Collaborating with client counterparts and vendors to interface control systems and packages.
5. Supporting risk assessments such as SIL, LOPA, and HAZOP.
6. Preparing technical requisitions and conducting bid evaluations.
7. Performing automation-related functions, including creating I/O lists, Instrumentation lists, and specifying instrumentation and control elements.
8. Interfacing with Electrical systems and MCC.
9. Experience with Brownfield onshore projects and working with multiple centres.
10. Preference for candidates experienced in Middle Eastern projects, chemical facilities (e.g., Ammonia), and familiarity with related work processes.
