Responsibilities

• Provide expert, autonomous clinical leadership in complex and uncertain maternity care, maintaining up to 50% clinical presence.
• Lead service redesign and improvements using lived experience, audits and data.
• Develop education and workforce initiatives with higher education, governance and improvement teams.
• Champion equitable, culturally responsive care and address variation in access and outcomes.
• Lead audit, evaluation and dissemination of best practice within the Trust and with regional networks.
