Qualifications

• Proven background in new build housing site management.
• Ability to manage projects and deliver quality work on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure adherence to specifications, timelines and budgets.
• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Direct labour, equipment and resources; coordinate with Buying and Surveying teams for timely procurement.
• Attend weekly meetings with site sales executive and manage site documentation and closeout activities.
