Watkin Jones PLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead first-class student accommodation and build-to-rent schemes across the UK. You will work with the Construction Director, clients, and project team to ensure safe, timely delivery to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 4, HND, or Degree in construction or PM, with a CSCS card and SMSTS qualification essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and planning software is required.

• CSCS card and SMSTS qualification are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and programming software.

• Leading and coordinating daily site operations and subcontractor performance.
• Supporting programme management, design coordination, and project planning activities.
• Managing project risks, reporting requirements, and key documentation.
• Ensuring health & safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Building relationships with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
