Worley seeks a Lead Construction Planner (Site) for the Carbon Capture project in North Wales. You will develop and manage the integrated schedule across FEED, EPC and commissioning, aligning engineering, procurement and construction.
This role reports to the Project Controls Manager and requires strong Primavera P6 expertise, EVMS, and cross-discipline coordination. You’ll mentor junior planners and contribute to risk and recovery actions while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The Lead Construction Planner (Site) is responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing the integrated project schedule for a Carbon Capture project, ensuring alignment across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and interface scopes.
The role provides strategic planning and progress visibility to support decision-making, optimize performance, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of project milestones in line with customer and corporate objectives.
