Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Lead Construction Engineer to guide engineering on complex projects from a fully remote location. This senior role provides technical leadership, oversees design, planning, and execution while ensuring compliance with codes and standards.

You will mentor remote engineering teams, collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors, and drive innovation and efficiency across multi-project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in construction engineering, with leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, materials, and project management.
• Experience with engineering design software and virtual collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in construction engineering , with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, materials, and project management.
• Experience with engineering design software and virtual collaboration tools .
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage engineering teams in a remote setting .
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is highly desirable.
