• Proven track record developing concepts from customer requirements to programme definition.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead vehicle concept development across multiple niche programmes.
• Define and maintain vehicle concepts, specifications, system requirements.
• Develop target metrics for performance, mass, packaging, cost, manufacturability, attributes.
• Coordinate concept reviews and gateway deliverables.
• Support architecture definition and technology selection.
