Job summary

DRVN Automotive Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Coventry to design, implement and improve automotive manufacturing and assembly processes. The role involves supporting products from design through prototyping to production, working closely with Design, Quality, Procurement and Production teams to resolve issues and implement efficient manufacturing solutions.

The successful candidate will develop tooling and fixtures, optimise assembly methods and ensure safe, repeatable production

Qualifications

• Bachelor level or higher in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience.
• Strong DFMA understanding and ability to review manufacturability.
• Experience interpreting CAD models and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Provide manufacturing engineering support from concept through production.
• Develop and improve manufacturing and assembly processes for quality, cost and timing.
• Create or update work instructions, process sheets and tooling specs.
• Support prototype, pre-production and production vehicle builds.
• Collaborate with Design, Quality, Procurement and Production teams.
