You will design manufacturing tooling, jigs, test rigs and rig parts to turn concepts into race-ready solutions, taking ownership from brief to delivery while meeting critical deadlines.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
• Proven experience designing components within Formula 1 or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of composite and metallic materials and tooling design.
• Experience with CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE and standard MS Office tools.

Aufgaben

• Deliver conceptual and detailed designs for composite and metallic car components (bodywork, wings, floors, crash structures).
• Design manufacturing tooling, jig components, test jigs, and rig parts for production and validation.
• Take ownership of projects from initial brief through to successful delivery, meeting critical deadlines.
• Investigate reliability issues and component faults, developing effective design solutions.
