Job summary

Prestige Nursing & Care in Redhill is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Complex Care team, delivering high‑quality care to adults and children at home and in the community. The role combines clinical leadership with hands‑on nursing across complex care packages.

You will provide clinical oversight, staff training, risk assessments and governance, while supporting safe mobilisation of care packages. Part‑time 21 hours/week with flexible weekdays and occasional weekend needs.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN (Adult, Children or Dual-Qualified).
• Ability to lead, support and develop complex care practice.
• Strong communication and collaboration with MDTs.

Responsibilities

• Lead on clinical components of care delivery.
• Oversee onboarding, risk assessments and care planning.
• Train carers and supervise delegated clinical tasks.
• Ensure governance, safety and compliance across complex care packages.
