Job summary

CCH Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (Adult) with complex care experience to join the community-based team in a hybrid role. You will manage your diary, coordinate care across South London, Surrey and surroundings, and travel to service users while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Salary £43,950 plus benefits. The role runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with no weekend or bank holiday work and requires a driving licence.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with experience in complex care including tracheostomy and ventilation.
• Candidates should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring, empathetic and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Assess and review individual care packages.
• Provide practical training to care workers and clinical supervision.
• Interact with ICBs, Social Services, NHS hospitals, and other care providers.
• Participate in the On Call Rota on a rotational basis.
