Job summary

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Senior Neighbourhood Nurse to lead our community nursing team. You will bring clinical expertise, mentor colleagues and help develop innovative ways to deliver patient care in the community.

The role requires a Level 6 degree or equivalent, NMC registration and experience managing complex caseloads. A full UK driving licence is essential as travel between sites is expected. Closing date: 18 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Level 6 degree or equivalent qualification, or equivalent knowledge acquired through experience plus a diploma in nursing.
• Experience managing complex caseloads and mentoring others.
• NMC registration as a healthcare professional.

• Mentor and develop team members while delivering community care.
