Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to deliver high-quality, recovery-focused nursing care in the community across Bromley, Bexley, Greenwich and Erith. You will manage a caseload, conduct assessments, develop care plans and contribute to multidisciplinary decision-making.

The post emphasises clinical leadership, supervision of junior staff and safeguarding compliance, aligned with NMC standards and best practice in community mental health services.

Qualifications

• RMN/RNLD with current NMC registration.
• Minimum 12 months post-registration experience as RMN/RNLD.
• Experience in Community Mental Health Services, inpatient mental health, or related clinical setting.
• Experience with managing a caseload, mental health assessments, care planning and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality mental health nursing care in the community.
• Manage a defined caseload with assessments, care planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Administer, monitor and review prescribed medication with escalation when needed.
• Provide clinical leadership and supervise junior staff, students and support workers.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care delivery.
• Maintain accurate, contemporaneous clinical records and documentation.
