Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience as Product Owner/PM or BAPM in Sell Side or Buy Side firms in Global Markets.
• Experience in Trade Capture, Lifecycle and Risk across asset classes.
• Demonstrable experience running complex F2B projects with stakeholders across Front, Middle and Back Office.
• Strong communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to context switch between multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams.
• Ensure technology solutions deliver measurable business value and regulatory compliance.
• Own and manage the product backlog with clear initiatives, epics and stories.
• Collaborate with Engineering Leads to translate business needs into requirements.
• Maintain a detailed execution plan with dates, status, and commentary.
• Understand system architecture, data flows, and integration points across front-to-back systems.
• Participate in testing, validation, and release sign-off.
• Gather user feedback to identify enhancements and drive continuous improvement.
