You will work side-by-side with traders, quants, and engineers to turn complex workflows into sleek, high-impact solutions that power smarter, faster decisions. You will own the product backlog, run Agile ceremonies, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent as Product Owner/PM or BAPM in Sell Side or Buy Side firms in Global Markets.
• Experience in Trade Capture, Lifecycle and Risk in one or more asset classes.

Aufgaben

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams.
• Own and manage the product backlog with clear list of initiatives, deliverables, epics and stories.
• Collaborate with Engineering Leads and Development Teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Maintain a detailed execution plan with milestones, dates, and status commentary.
• Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives.
