The Box Encapsulation Plant (BEP) project at Sellafield is a critical component of the site’s 100-year clean-up programme. It involves encasing recovered nuclear waste in concrete for safe storage, primarily handling waste from the Magnox Swarf Storage Silo and other legacy waste stores.
The BEP Joint Venture will design and deliver the plant and associated works to meet contractual and stakeholder requirements, ensuring safe and compliant operations.
The ability to obtain BPSS clearance is essential for this role.
