MEC Commercial Ltd is seeking a Commercial Plumbing and Heating Engineer to install, maintain and repair plumbing/heating systems across various commercial properties in the Maldon region. The role requires diagnosing faults, performing planned and reactive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

You will document work, provide clear progress updates to clients, and coordinate with the wider maintenance team to minimise disruption while maintaining high service quality.

Formación

• Strong commercial plumbing skills across installation and fault-finding.
• Commercial gas qualifications and Gas Safe registration preferred.
• Pipework fabrication, fitting and repair expertise.
• Experience in planned and reactive maintenance in commercial settings.
• Excellent customer service and on-site communication.
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations for building services.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use diagnostic equipment.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Minimum 7 years in commercial and domestic plumbing and heating.
