Qualifications

• Extensive RC Frame / Reinforced Concrete subcontracting experience.
• Proven track record as Senior Quantity Surveyor / Lead QS.
• Strong cost reporting and forecasting ability.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of RC Frame projects.
• Mentor and develop the QS/commercial team.
• Oversee project cost management and reporting.
• Manage valuations, applications for payment and final accounts.
• Lead variations, change control and commercial negotiations.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier accounts.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities.
• Review project performance and forecasting.
• Collaborate with operations to maximise project performance.
• Support senior management with commercial strategy.
• Develop commercial processes and best practice across the business.
• Build strong relationships with clients and supply-chain partners.
