Job summary

Enable Resourcing Limited seeks a Quantity Surveyor to support two live RC Frame projects in London, split between the Northolt office and site locations in Woolwich and Brentford.

Open to experienced Quantity Surveyors or Ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyors ready to advance in a reinforced concrete frame sector and build a long-term career with a growing business. Hybrid role with office/site mix.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor in construction.
• Experience with RC Frame specialist contractors is essential.
• Strong understanding of commercial processes and contract administration.
• Ability to manage subcontractor accounts and project finances.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ambitious and motivated to build a long-term career.

Job description

Our client, a well-established specialist RC Frame contractor, is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of two live projects in Woolwich and Brentford.

This opportunity would suit either an established Quantity Surveyor or an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career within the reinforced concrete frame sector.

Based from the company's Northolt office, you will split your time between the office and project sites, working closely with the commercial and operational teams to ensure the successful financial management of projects from start through to completion.

The Role

As Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of RC Frame projects, ensuring costs are controlled, contractual obligations are met and project profitability is maximised.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the commercial delivery of live RC Frame projects.
• Assisting with procurement and subcontractor management.
• Preparing and submitting applications for payment.
