• ARB registered Architect with UK PQE in commercial/office projects.
• 3+ years post-qualification UK experience.
• Strong planning and building regulations knowledge.
• Proficient in Revit.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development from Stage 2 onwards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams.
• Prepare statutory and planning submissions.
• Liaise with authorities and stakeholders.
• Oversee project delivery and quality standards.
