Job summary

Richmond Villages is seeking a clinically capable leader to oversee resident care across the care home. You will guide teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and ensure compliance with CQC standards, while shaping clinical governance and staff development.

You will create strong partnerships with commissioners and senior professionals, and may work towards a Registered Manager’s Award. A DBS check is required as part of recruitment.

Qualifications

• Clinical applicant with leadership experience in elderly care.
• Willingness to work towards a Registered Manager’s Award.
• Experience leading and developing a care setting with a focus on safe, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support care teams to ensure safe, effective resident care.
• Ensure units comply with CQC standards and maintain a safe environment.
• Oversee staffing levels and clinical governance, developing systems and practices.
• Build relationships with LAs, CQC and primary care commissioners.
