ESNEFT seeks a Lead Clinician to take overall responsibility for inpatient and community ward care at Clacton Hospital. You will lead clinical teams, work with ward staff to ensure holistic, high‑quality care, and drive governance and patient safety improvements.

We are looking for a Lead Clinician to take overall responsibility for the care of patients on the in-patient & Community ward(s) at Clacton Hospital.
