Job description

Job Title: Lead Clinician (Practitioner Psychologist, Psychotherapist, SaLT, OT)

Location: Manor House School, West Sussex RH13 0QX

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 8:30am - 4:30pm

Contract: Permanent, Term Time only. There may be scope for a full-time (52 weeks) contract; please get in touch if interested.

We are expanding our clinical service and seeking a Lead Clinician to join our Clinical Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the development of our clinical provision, aligned with neurodiversity and intersectionality affirming therapeutic support.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils.
  • Manage a caseload alongside other clinicians, with support from our experienced Clinical Team.
  • Contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice.

The position requires a resilient, enthusiastic individual with a therapeutic approach, decision-making skills, and the ability to manage their workload effectively.
