Location: Hillingdon Manor School – Middlesex UB8 3HD
Contract: Permanent, Term time only (there may be scope for this to be a full time contract (52 weeks) if this is your preference please get in touch)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE FTE plus £5000 Welcome Bonus (payable as one payment of £2,500 after one month and another of £2,500 upon final probation; T&C's apply)
Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
About the role

We are seeking a Lead Clinician to manage our Clinical Team at Hillingdon Manor School, Middlesex. The role involves clinical leadership and managing a therapy caseload, delivering assessments and interventions for students with complex needs related to autism, neurodivergence, trauma, or SEMH. Responsibilities include line management, service development, staff training, and consultation. The role requires a resilient, therapeutic individual capable of decision-making and workload management, supporting the integration of clinical services aligned with EHCPs.

The postholder will support the wellbeing and clinical strategies at various levels and contribute to a nurturing environment focused on safeguarding and student involvement. Our vision is to empower vulnerable individuals to build their futures.

Minimum Requirements
  • Masters or doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Educational, Forensic, or Counselling Psychology, or a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy
  • Valid professional registration (HCPC, BPS)
  • Experience with autistic individuals and complex needs
  • Report writing skills
  • Supervision and team support experience
  • Ability to work independently and within a growing service
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
