Job summary
Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Partnership Trust is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join the Children and Young People’s Directorate. Qualifications
- Masters degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
- Current registration with Royal Pharmaceutical Society and practising status.
- Independent prescribing qualification or active progression towards it.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality clinical pharmacy services within CYP Directorate.
- Lead medicines management and contribute to clinical guidelines.
- Deliver education and training to patients, carers and staff.
- Support cost-effective prescribing and governance within the CYP services.
- Collaborate with consultants and other healthcare professionals.
