Job summary

Thorn Baker Group in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead a team of 6 cleaners in a busy retail store.

This hands-on role covers organising daily duties, maintaining high cleaning standards and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed, with shifts 5:00am–12:00pm, 30 hours per week, at Kimberley and Castle Boulevard.

Permanent position with training and progression opportunities within a supportive team and growing organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning supervision, cleaning management or housekeeping.
• Ability to lead a small team and coordinate daily tasks.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6 cleaners and organise daily cleaning duties.
• Maintain high cleaning standards and perform quality checks.
• Ensure health & safety procedures are followed and reporting issues to management.
• Coordinate staffing for holidays and sickness cover.
