Arcadis is seeking a Principal Clean Water Modeller in London to provide technical leadership in clean water distribution modelling. You will guide strategy, ensure outputs are fit-for-purpose, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver robust modelling solutions.

The role requires significant experience, strong hydraulics knowledge, and a track record in producing high-quality documentation and QA records. You will mentor peers and contribute to bids and technical governance.

Qualificações

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field and professional experience in clean water modelling.
• Significant experience applying clean water distribution network modelling in consultancy or utility environments.
• Strong understanding of water hydraulics and operational behaviour; capability to produce QA records.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical modelling commissions and define robust modelling strategies.
• Provide independent technical assurance, model reviews, and audit trails for deliverables.
• Build and maintain clean water network models (steady-state and EPANET/EMS).
• Calibrate models with flow, pressure, and level data; support scenario analysis for resilience and growth.
• Mentor junior modellers and contribute to bid development and knowledge sharing.
