Location is flexible with a hybrid pattern—office attendance 2 consecutive days per month—and a salary around £58,000 per year. The role emphasizes leadership, roadmaps, backlog management, and delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Degree in a numerate, scientific, or computing discipline.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner delivering modern products in an agile environment.
• Strong leadership capability with experience motivating, developing, and guiding teams.
• Ability to prioritise effectively and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple levels.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business value through data or product initiatives.
• Confident decision-making with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• You will lead one of our Claims Data Science agile squads, delivering ML and data products that transform customer journey and operations.
• Own and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring stories are ready for delivery.
• Drive value delivery by tracking outcomes and articulating business benefits.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters to foster a high-performing, self-organising team.
• Promote use of reporting, analytics, AI, and ML to enhance claims processes and outcomes.
