Qualifications

• Experience leading tenders from enquiry to submission.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.

• Ability to carry out take-offs and identify risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions.
• Review drawings, specifications and contract documentation.
• Carry out take-offs and identify project risks and opportunities.
• Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Develop competitive pricing strategies and bid submissions.
• Work closely with operational and commercial teams throughout the tender process.
