Job summary

Highfield Professional Solutions Ltd is seeking a Structures Site Agent for the Sizewell C project in Suffolk. The role involves leading the planning and delivery of structural work packages, coordinating design information and managing temporary works, with a focus on safety, quality and programme adherence.

You will develop programmes, manage subcontractors and interface with diverse teams to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Experience as Structures Site Agent/Agent on major infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to deliver structural concrete, reinforcement and formwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of structural work packages including bridges and culverts.
• Develop short- and medium-term programmes, resource plans and forecasts.
• Ensure works are delivered safely per RAMS, permits, lift plans and HSEQ requirements.
• Coordinate design information, reviews, queries and changes.
• Manage temporary works design, checks, permits and inspections.
