Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive project management experience in civil engineering, infrastructure or construction.
• Strong knowledge of site operations and construction delivery.
• Experience setting out, surveying and GPS.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors.
• Solid QA/QC and RAMS understanding.
• Strong health and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction and project delivery activities.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site teams.
• Monitor programme, progress, risks and milestones.
• Provide technical and engineering support throughout delivery.
• Oversee setting out, surveying and GPS activities.
• Manage QA/QC processes and project standards.
• Coordinate buried services identification and safe excavation.
• Review and implement RAMS.
• Maintain health, safety and environmental standards.
• Coordinate temporary works activities.
• Maintain accurate project records and progress reports.
• Work closely with clients and project stakeholders.
