Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd in Oxfordshire is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead quality projects, shape design standards and build strong client relationships.

Based in Oxfordshire, you will work with a regional team on highways, drainage and infrastructure, delivering designs to programme, mentoring junior engineers, and liaising with clients and contractors across the South East and beyond.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Strong experience in highways, drainage or infrastructure design.
• Proven project management capability from concept to completion.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver civil engineering projects to programme and budget.
• Lead highways, drainage and infrastructure designs using 3D software.
• Ensure designs comply with current standards, legislation and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and internal teams through all project stages.
• Support consultancy growth through strong delivery and client engagement.
