Job summary

Tetra Tech, a leading civil engineering consultancy, is seeking a Chartered Civil Engineer to take ownership of the Bristol project pipeline. You will lead design and delivery, mentor engineers, and manage client relationships across multiple schemes, ensuring high-quality outputs and strategic growth.

You will operate as the technical authority, applying Civil 3D and drainage design expertise while fostering a collaborative, delivery-focused team culture in a supportive leadership environment.

Qualifications

• Chartered Civil Engineer with strong design delivery experience.
• Proven track record leading civil engineering schemes and teams.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of multiple civil engineering schemes from inception to delivery.
• Mentor graduates and apprentices, developing high-performing teams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs and manage client relationships.
• Ensure outputs meet technical, programme and quality expectations.
