Job summary

Amegreen Children's Services, via Stable Futures, seeks an experienced Lead Employability Skills Tutor to plan and deliver City & Guilds Employability Skills and to develop engaging, practical sessions for young people. You will support learners with SEN/SEMH needs, adapting learning to EHCP goals and ensuring robust evidence of progression.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Employability Skills or similar programmes.
• Experience with SEN/SEMH learners.
• Ability to plan and deliver differentiated, learner-centred sessions.
• Strong organisation and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of City & Guilds Employability Skills qualifications at appropriate Entry Levels.
• Develop structured, engaging learning opportunities to enable learners to achieve units and qualifications.
• Manage learner portfolios and ensure evidence is gathered to demonstrate achievement.
• Maintain accurate records of registration, progress, assessment and accreditation.
• Ensure delivery and assessment meet City & Guilds requirements and QA processes.
• Adapt and scaffold learning for learners with SEN, SEMH and additional support needs.
