Job summary

Fuse Games in Guildford is seeking a Lead Cinematic Artist who loves crafting engaging cinematics and collaborating with Narrative, Animation and Audio teams. You’ll lead the internal cinematics team and external partners, shaping how we build cinematic content that supports gameplay and storytelling.

You’ll drive in-engine workflows, define art direction, and push quality through feedback and iteration. Proficiency with Maya, Unreal Engine and related tools, plus hands-on involvement in previs,

Qualifications

Hands-on developer who works in-engine and collaborates across disciplines.
Experience leading internal and external cinematics teams.
Strong knowledge of cinematic pipelines and production workflows.
Proactive in incorporating feedback to raise quality.

Responsibilities

Lead internal cinematics team and external co-devs.
Define cinematic style with art direction and narrative teams.
Develop pipeline for runtime and FMV sequences.
Deliver high-quality scripted cinematics and animation.
