Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Plymouth, MN seeks a dedicated Chiropractor to join our full-time clinic team. You will deliver high-quality, routine chiropractic care, perform spinal and joint adjustments, educate patients, and maintain precise records in a streamlined, patient-centered setting.

Requirements include a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, state licensure, NBCE or SPEC exam eligibility, and strong communication skills. Monday–Thursday availability with some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited college.
• Valid DC license in the applicable state.
• Passing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV or recent SPEC exam.
• Eligibility for malpractice insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions.
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results.
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Chiropractor to join our clinic team. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, streamlined environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best, improving lives through routine chiropractic care.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary: [$70,000 to $80,000] depending on experience
• PTO accrual
