Job summary

Life Balance Chiropractic Centre in Poole, Dorset is seeking a Chiropractor to join a multi-award-winning team. The role offers pathways for employed or self-employed associates with strong earning potential and robust development systems.

You will work within proven processes, help build a thriving diary, and enjoy living by the coast. Ideal candidates are GCC-registered or eligible, coachable, clinically dedicated, and capable of building trusted relationships with clients while collaborating

Qualifications

• GCC-registered or GCC-eligible in the UK.
• New graduate, experienced chiropractor, or relocating chiropractor.
• Coachable and driven to grow within a supportive team.
• Clinically committed to high standards of care and patient outcomes.
• Warm, clear, patient-focused communicator who works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Attract new clients and support referrals through established systems.
• Consult, assess, and examine clients, using appropriate tests and imaging.
• Diagnose and build personalised care plans aligned with client goals.
• Communicate clearly to reassure clients and explain care plans and next steps.
• Locate, analyse and correct vertebral subluxations to support nervous system health.
• Collaborate with massage therapists and other chiropractors for integrated care.
• Educate clients about nervous system health, lifestyle, and prevention.
• Review progress, celebrate improvements, and set new goals.
• Encourage referrals and client advocacy when appropriate.
• Support the team by covering holidays and maintaining service levels.

Professional support: any funded training, CPD, registration, membership, insurance, or relocation contribution is clearly agreed upfront and covered by a fair, reducing-scale repayment agreements

What You’ll Do

As a Chiropractor at Life Balance Chiropractic, you will work within proven systems that support clinical excellence, client experience, retention, referrals and long-term results.

You will:

• Attract new clients through supporting referrals, social media, articles, screenings and community events
• Consult, assess, and examine clients by listening to each client’s goals and concerns, using chiropractic testing and X-rays where clinically appropriate
• Accurately diagnose & build personalised care plans that match each client’s goals, findings, diagnosis, best evidence and best path for progress and long-term results.
• Communicate clearly, create clarity & confidence so clients feel safe, informed and confident they are in the right place, clients understand their care, trust the plan and know their next step
• Locate, analyse & correct vertebral subluxations to create more ease in the nervous system and allow the body to heal, adapt and regulate more effectively. With the focus of achieving your client's goals for care using appropriate techniques, while continuing to develop your clinical skills
• Work as an integrated team with massage therapists and other chiropractors to improve client outcomes with lifestyle advice and exercise guidance
• Connect on every visit by helping clients feel seen, heard, understood, cared for and clear on their progress.
• Educate clients about the nervous system, lifestyle, and preventive care so they understand how chiropractic can support the activities, roles, and goals that matter most to them.
• Review client progress regularly and celebrate progress and set new goals
• Invite advocacy when the impact is real through referrals, reviews, testimonials and client stories
• Reactivate clients who have dropped off with reconnection, care, clarity and appropriate follow-up
• Support the team by covering holidays, etc.
