Lincolnshire County Council is seeking a dedicated Children’s Senior Residential Practitioner at Riverhead House in Louth. You will lead shifts, supervise staff, and mentor colleagues whilst delivering direct work with children in a residential setting.

Required is a Level 3 QCF qualification in residential childcare (or equivalent) with strong IT and reporting skills. Driving licence is desirable; the role offers progression and a generous pension, in a supportive environment.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a team and supervising shifts.
• Background working with children in residential childcare.
• Level 3 QCF qualification in working with children in residential childcare (or equivalent).
• Strong IT and reporting skills; ability to produce reports and maintain records.
• Driving licence desirable but not essential.
