Riverhead House in Louth is seeking a passionate Children’s Senior Residential Practitioner to provide leadership in a therapeutic, Ofsted Outstanding home. You will supervise shifts, mentor staff, and deliver direct child-focused work to support reunification and development.

Salary ranges £33,673–£36,580 with sleeping-in payments, mileage reimbursement, and potential overtime; a strong pension and progression opportunities are offered in a supportive team environment.

Qualificações

• Level 3 QCF qualification in working with children in residential childcare.
• Ability to supervise staff, lead shifts and work under pressure.
• Can produce reports and maintain accurate records; IT skills.
• Driving licence is desirable but not essential.
