Qualifications

• Experience in residential care, youth work, or social care.
• Willingness to take the next step into their first management role.
• Commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people.
• Ability to lead and support a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective management cover during 7:00am–7:00pm with alternating shifts.
• Support and mentor staff within the Children's Residential Services.
• Collaborate with partner agencies including social care, education, health and the police.
