The successful candidate will supervise, train and motivate staff, plan menus, and ensure compliance with food safety standards while maintaining stock levels to support hotel guests.

Qualificações

• 2 years in a similar head chef/kitchen management role
• Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
• Reliable and eager to learn as part of a growing team

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, train and motivate the kitchen team to meet company standards and food safety regulations
• Plan and implement new menus
• Ensure stock levels are adequate to service hotel guests
• Conduct inductions and performance reviews to set objectives
