Anchor Hanover Group is seeking an experienced Chef Manager/Head Chef to take full ownership of the kitchen at Marsh Farm Manor, Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire. You will lead a team, design menus, manage budgets, and ensure compliance for 66 residents daily.

Shifts are 7:30am–5:30pm, four days a week with no late nights and every other weekend off. The role offers autonomy, a clear path for progression, and benefits including a pension and staff discounts.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Chef Manager, Head Chef, or senior Chef in a leadership role.
• Experience cooking from fresh with seasonal menus.
• Strong people management and team leadership.
• Experience managing food budgets, ordering, and kitchen compliance.
• Sound understanding of food hygiene and safety standards (Level 3 required, Level 4 preferred).
• Right to work in the UK is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the kitchen team and deliver fresh, seasonal, home‑made meals for residents.
• Own menu design, food budgets, and compliance across the kitchen.
• Develop and motivate the kitchen team to maintain high standards.
• Ensure health and safety and HACCP compliance in daily operations.
