Levy UK & Ireland is seeking a Lead Chef to support the Head Chef across The OVO Hydro and SEC campus, delivering exceptional culinary standards in both hospitality and retail. You will supervise food preparation, mentor kitchen staff, contribute to menu development, and ensure compliance with food safety and cost controls.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary of £34,000 with excellent benefits, meals on duty, 23 days plus bank holidays, life assurance and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Senior culinary leadership experience in high-volume hospitality/retail catering.
• Ability to lead, mentor and develop kitchen teams.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
