Levy UK&I is seeking an Executive Head Chef at the Kia Oval in London to provide culinary leadership across matchdays, hospitality, events, retail and performance catering.

You will lead a senior culinary team, shape seasonal, plant-forward menus, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while driving cost efficiency and sustainability. This is a high-profile, full-time role requiring strong people leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior culinary leadership experience within a large-scale hospitality, sporting, events, hotel or contract catering environment.
• Proven track record in leading large and diverse culinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, allergens and operational compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide culinary leadership across Kia Oval's matchdays and events.
• Lead and develop senior culinary team and coaching across kitchens.
• Develop innovative, seasonal menus reflecting dietary and allergen requirements.
• Manage kitchen staffing, cost controls and procurement to ensure profitability.
• Drive sustainability through plant-forward options and responsible sourcing.
