The Bird, Bath and Dukes Hotel in Bath is seeking a Head Chef who brings personality and leadership. You will lead the kitchen brigade, shape menus for all day dining and events, and work with senior management to elevate our grill restaurant and terrace.

As Head Chef what you’ll be doing This is a hands-on Head Chef role where you’ll lead, inspire and develop our kitchen brigade. Working closely with the senior management team, you’ll have the opportunity to put your stamp on our food offering and continue building The Bird’s reputation as one of Bath’s most exciting places to eat. You’ll take ownership of our menus across breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, as well as our vibrant outdoor terrace, in-house functions and team food. We’re looking for someone who brings fresh ideas, understands what our guests love and can turn great ingredients into memorable dishes.
