Job summary

CSA Group Testing & Certification in the United Kingdom seeks a Team Lead to manage day-to-day certification and testing services for a designated product group. You will lead a team of 5–10 staff, ensure delivery aligns with budget and quality standards, and provide technical guidance.

This role requires engineering background with 5-7+ years in the field, 3-5 years of managerial experience, and fluent English. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or degree in Engineering with 5-7+ years of related experience.
• 3-5 years of managerial/supervisory experience.
• English fluent and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operation and delivery of certification and testing services for the product group.
• Leads staff, hires, trains, disciplines, and evaluates performance.
• Develops business plan and budget for the product group; monitors financial targets.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and quality and safety standards.
• Reviews certification reports and signs off on CSA Mark.
